			<description>The Reporter was affected by this as we have Orange (Wanadoo) at the Mougins office. Luckily we also have a backup ISP with club-internet. It's not as good as Orange when they are both working but it sure came in useful that day. - Mike Meade</description>

			<description>On a similar note, a few hundred thousand Orange subscribers (cellular phones, ADSL, and/or landlines) were without service for up to 6 hours a few weeks ago because apparently all lines are routed through a single multiplex device which was inadvertently switched off or damaged by a technician installing lines for the Cannes Festival. - MikeP</description>

			<description>Where I am at the moment in rural Buckinghamshire we have just suffered a power cut on a perfectly clear day (no storms). Will that start happening in the South of France also? Does it already? - Mike Meade</description>
