One needs to be able to cook basic family food, (a chef is employed for larger entertaining), these employers are Jewish but not do not require ‘kosher’ cuisine. This person must also be able to present the villa beautifully at all times and will oversee the daily cleaner and be prepared to assist her with her duties when necessary.
