She’s not answering…

Belinda doesn’t like the idea of using a mobile telephone on health grounds (“as I read it they cook your brains”). Her boss wants to give her a mobile for work purposes, all expenses paid. When she declined the offer he became “very, very irritated”. Can he insist? Nope. A French High Court ruled in 2000 that using un portable couldn’t be forced on an employee.
