His ISA's on ice
This item's for Brits only. Paul in Menton says he and his wife have
ISAs that's a popular investment instrument in the U.K. and wonders
what the situation is now they are living abroad.
Simple: they can't put any more money into their ISAs but can
continue to receive gross interest on them. Elwes (who researched this
for me) adds that some companies insist that foreign residents cash in
their holdings. Paul had better check
