Over the years there have been one or two attempts to launch a Welsh Club here, all without success. We recall especially a Dr Thomas, once of Antibes and formerly of Porton Down, who failed to inject many other local Welsh with his enthusiasm. But thanks now to Moelwyn Harris who tells us that an organisation called Wales United has a website intended to bring together Welsh people wherever they be. That’s at www.walesunited.com.
