Gladhanding on the Cours Saleya isn't what it used to be. Nice mayor Jacques Peyrat fell victim to the YouBoob phenomenon when the former National Fronter was phonecammed calling a nicoise "petasse" (bitch) in public before going on to elaborate with the colourful "va te faire foutre" (up yours) and "ils me font chier, c'est gens là". Perhaps not the best way to endear himlself to his constituants. The mayor's outburst is in the clip here.
